Key checks before you choose
A clear operating brief makes the proposed configuration easier to assess and the quotation easier to compare.
01
Payload and axle loading
Compare gross vehicle mass with the finished vehicle, crew, equipment and load. A large body does not establish the permitted payload.
02
Usable cargo space
Check internal dimensions, door openings, loading height and access. For pallets or bulky cargo, send dimensions and the loading pattern.
03
Engine and route
Describe gradients, daily distance, road surface and local fuel. Match the actual engine, gearbox, final drive and service requirements to the duty.
04
Chassis and body
Identify whether the offer is for a chassis or a complete vehicle. Include body mass, mounting, materials, dimensions and any auxiliary equipment.
05
Factory LHD / RHD
Specify steering side and destination at the start. We confirm the available factory export version for the exact model and order quantity.
06
Service readiness
Plan filters, wear items, manuals and diagnostic access for the components supplied. Agree the initial spares and warranty support in the offer.
What belongs in your quotation
Use one written technical schedule for the manufacturer, complete vehicle or machine, equipment and commercial scope.
| Scope | Information to confirm | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Vehicle identity | Manufacturer model code, engine, emissions package, gearbox and steering side | Keeps the offer, inspection and delivered vehicle aligned |
| Finished body | Body builder, dimensions, materials, mounting and equipment | Distinguishes a bare chassis from a complete working vehicle |
| Loading limits | Finished mass and relevant vehicle, axle, tyre and combination limits | Makes payload comparisons meaningful |
| Acceptance | Agreed identity checks, measurements, function tests and records | Sets the evidence required before shipment |
| Commercial scope | Options, spares, manuals, warranty, packing, freight and trade terms | Shows what is included and what remains the buyer’s responsibility |

Frequently asked questions
Can you source factory right-hand-drive new vehicles?
Yes, we review both LHD and RHD new-vehicle enquiries through our manufacturer relationships. Availability is confirmed for the exact model, export version, quantity and destination requirements; it is not assumed from a model-family name.
How do I choose between a cargo van and a light truck?
Start with the goods, loading access, required internal space and route. A cargo van provides an enclosed body; a light-truck chassis offers a wider range of body projects. Compare the complete vehicle, usable payload, access and local service support.
Does a larger load body mean more payload?
No. Payload is constrained by the applicable vehicle and axle limits after accounting for the finished body, equipment, fuel, occupants and other loads. Request mass information for the complete configuration.
Can I order a box, dropside or tipper body?
Share the body dimensions, materials, loading method and duty. We coordinate chassis and body enquiries and identify the builder, mounting, equipment and finished dimensions in the proposed offer.
What should I specify for a dump truck?
State the material and density, expected load, route and ground conditions. Confirm body volume, tare mass, hoist, tipping geometry, tyres and axle loading. Body volume alone does not establish an acceptable load.
How do destination requirements affect the selection?
The offered engine, vehicle specification and available documents must be checked against the intended destination and use. The importer verifies local import and registration requirements for the exact proposed configuration.
What is included in the quotation?
The offer should identify the manufacturer and exact version, supplied equipment, options, spare parts and trade terms. Packing, inspection, freight and destination charges are listed as included or excluded so that different offers can be compared fairly.
How are shipping and delivery dates confirmed?
We confirm the factory schedule and transport proposal for the selected configuration and quantity. Shipping depends on finished dimensions, mass, packing and the route to your destination port. Production and transport estimates are shown separately.
What support should be agreed before ordering?
Request the operator and service manuals, maintenance schedule, initial consumables, spare-parts identification and warranty responsibilities for the actual components supplied. Discuss commissioning or training if the equipment needs it.
What should I send for a quotation?
Send your destination country and port, quantity, application, operating conditions and required equipment. Include the model or technical schedule if you have one. We use this information to propose an identified configuration and an itemized offer.
Tell us what the vehicle or machine needs to do
Send the destination, quantity and operating brief. We will review an identified configuration and the scope of your quotation.
