Promotional Gifts vs Standard Car Equipment: Confirm What the Allocation Includes

China manufacturer tables may list limited-time gifts or optional packages beside standard equipment. Identify their status before treating a quotation as a complete configuration.
Read the manufacturer legend and offer wording
A table can distinguish included equipment, optional equipment, absent equipment and promotional gifts. Preserve those meanings in your comparison. A feature shown as a limited-time inclusion should not be translated into permanently standard equipment. Ask whether the actual proposed allocation qualifies and how the supplier will document what is included.
Split vehicle hardware from other benefits
A promotion may refer to equipment, accessories or another benefit with its own conditions. Request a clear description rather than a general “all gifts included” statement. Connected functions and future software features also require separate delivered-status confirmation. An installed sensor is not proof that every advertised function operates at the destination.
Put the accepted equipment in the quoted scope
List the features essential to the purchase and whether each is included, selected as an option or still unconfirmed. Ask for any additional cost and allocation implication before comparing totals. A lower price with an unresolved option is not directly comparable to an offer explicitly including it. Avoid assuming that every factory campaign is available through the same export arrangement.
Verify what can be inspected before loading
Confirm physical hardware and demonstrate delivered cabin functions within the agreed inspection scope. Keep accessories identifiable and document any promised items supplied separately. If an inclusion is missing, resolve the discrepancy before shipment instead of treating a campaign screenshot as evidence that it must be inside the car. The relevant result is the actual allocation and accepted commercial scope.
Turn the comparison into an order
Start with the complete factory designation, then record the battery, drive, seat layout and equipment you require. Ask for an itemized quotation with the vehicle allocation basis, selected options, inspection and shipment scope. A family image illustrates the model; it does not show available stock or prove the exact trim. When a VIN is allocated, compare its vehicle record and inspection findings with the accepted specification.

To turn this comparison into an acceptance record, use the customs clearance and vehicle approval checklist. Have the destination assess the actual vehicle specification and approval route separately from customs release before scheduling road use.
