Vacuum and Sewer Cleaning Truck – Procurement Brief

Wastewater service and drainage maintenance requiring vacuum collection, jetting or a combined system. Describe the medium, debris, pipe access and disposal process before selecting pumps and tanks.

01Define the operation

Name the medium or cargo, daily duty and loading or service locations.

02Engineer the package

Match the chassis, body, working system, useful capacity and axle loading.

03Agree acceptance

Specify functional evidence, documents, training and system-specific support.

Choose the version for your duty

Vacuum collection and high-pressure jetting are different functions. A combined truck needs both equipment schedules and usable clean/waste tank volumes. The Dongfeng Huashen T3 sewage-truck photograph does not confirm that jetting equipment is included.

Configuration and quotation schedule

Selection item Reference / confirmation required
Task distinction Vacuum collection, jetting or combined duty; name the medium and debris
Vacuum equipment Pump model/conditions, tank usable volume, separation, hose and valve interfaces
Jetting if requested Pressure/flow duty point, clean-water volume, reel, hose and nozzles
Written offer Exact model/version, included options, equipment makers and excluded items
Delivery scope Destination port, quantity, packing/shipping method and trade term; dates confirmed for the order

Factory LHD / RHD and complete equipment

Auto From China accepts new-vehicle LHD and RHD enquiries through its relationships with vehicle manufacturers. The exact factory chassis, export build and destination documents are confirmed for the project. Body and working equipment are selected separately and recorded with their interfaces, controls and service responsibilities.

Inspection and handover

Evidence before dispatch

Request the vacuum pump model and performance conditions, tank drawing, filtration/separation and hose interfaces. For jetting, add the pressure/flow operating point, reel and nozzle details. Agree functional evidence and control/interlock checks with the manufacturer.

Parts, manuals and support

Identify pump-service items, filters, seals, valves, hoses and couplings. Add jetting wear items only for an identified jetting system; separate chassis, tank/body and pump service responsibilities.

Delivery records

Agree the inspection record and supplied configuration before release. Identify package quantities, loose components, manuals and included tools. State the warranty provider and its service procedure in the quotation, together with the responsibilities for arrival checks and assembly where applicable.

Questions before ordering

What distinguishes the version being quoted?

Vacuum collection and high-pressure jetting are different functions. A combined truck needs both equipment schedules and usable clean/waste tank volumes. The Dongfeng Huashen T3 sewage-truck photograph does not confirm that jetting equipment is included.

What should the acceptance record include?

Request the vacuum pump model and performance conditions, tank drawing, filtration/separation and hose interfaces. For jetting, add the pressure/flow operating point, reel and nozzle details. Agree functional evidence and control/interlock checks with the manufacturer.

What determines price and delivery?

The full factory version, body or attachments, destination, quantity, trade term and agreed service scope determine the offer. Request these items on one configuration schedule; price, availability and production/shipping dates are confirmed for the specific order.
